The Only Moscow City is a privately held real estate investment and asset management company based in Moscow (Russia). It provides a full range of services related to the sale, lease, as well as the management of residential and commercial real estate in the Moscow International Business Center. Only Moscow City invests on behalf of individuals, families, trusts, institutions as well as public and private funds. The Moscow International Business Center (MIBC), also known as Moskva-City, takes place on the Presnenskaya Embankment of the Moskva River, approximately 4 kilometers (2.5 mi) west of Red Square, overlooked by the Third Ring Road. The project occupies an area of 60 hectares.
As part of a wider brand refresh and marketing strategy for 2019/2020, Only Moscow City reached out to a variety of agencies who pitched for implementing and managing a new, state-of-the-art website with an uplifted look and feel. At the end of this process, we were delighted to be selected as the Only Moscow City' wen-team of choice!
Only Moscow City understood that their website's UX and performance could be optimised, and wanted more emphasis to be placed on their brand identity and values. They also wanted to prioritise the improvement of bounce rates, dwell times and overall traffic.
The main objective for the new website was to capture customers of the luxury real estate segment while making it stand out amongst competitors with strong UX, high performance and engaging, interactive features and professional content.

We carried out a comprehensive analysis of competitor and benchmark sites, qualitative and quantitative user research, put together a detailed SEO audit in order to improve upon rankings, the design and navigation set up of their website.
A priority for this project from the beginning was to ensure that the Only Moscow City 'new website was built with a full understanding of the company objectives and to ensure that it satisfied the needs of its many stakeholders and target audiences.
LETO supported Only Moscow City in the creation of a new look and feel, including new styling, fonts and colors. In doing so, we were able to give the Only Moscow City brand a noticeable uplift.
In addition, the Only Moscow City company emphasis on interactivity and strong visuals led us to implement dynamic and interactive landinge pages for the each skyscapper of the Moscow City - the Towers section.
