Andam Luxury Life is a subsidiary of the Andam international holding. Andam Luxury Life is experienced in all aspects of real estate development. The company offers a menu of services that includes real estate acquisition and due diligence evaluation, master planning and permitting, site design and building architecture, lease structuring, financing and investor services, construction and property management. The company collaborates with the best architects and designers to realize superior products.

Their previous site had a sprawling sitemap and a long list of unnecessary subdomains, resulting in confusing user journeys that were having a negative impact on user experience and conversion rates.

With plenty to get their teeth stuck into, the LETO team decided to first invest time in imagining a structure for the portal. We developed a vision for the portal's navigation which would make the system enticing and enlightening to explore. The structure we came up with underpinned every element of development and design we built on top.

We did have design freedom from colour palette, page layout to user experience (UX). We designed these elements to be as dynamic and compelling as possible in order to further encourage exploration of the resource.
